I am getting "Unavailable database" error in AKINSOFT Program. How can I fix the error?

The main reason of this error is offline database server.(If Firebird or SQL Services are disabled). This kind problems occur due to running Firebird as program instead of running as service. Error occurs if this program stops.
Error has occurred due to "as an application" selection.
Solution:
1- Open "Control Panel > Firebird Service Manager (32 Bit)" and select running option "as a service"
2- Restart the computer.
